You will get 5 types of reminders with a different frequency depending on the reason for the reminder. You will get them in the following situations:
when a new Booking Enquiry arrives
when a new Booking Enquiry has not been replied to (every 24h, until it auto-expires (72h))
when you get a message from a User
when a Booking Enquiry needs finalising
- when the Event Date passed and the Event was successful. In this case, we will ask you to provide us with the final invoice/bill that you issued to the User that booked your Venue so that we can issue our Tagvenue commission invoice and send it to you (applicable only to Invoice Payment Method).
