There are two types of suspension:
- Auto-suspension, which might be triggered because of three reasons:
1) at least one of the Booking Enquiries has been inactive for 47 days or more
2) the Venue's response rate is below 50%. 3) you have 5 auto-expiry Booking Enquiries in the row
- Manual suspension, which is related to having overdue invoices or breaking our Terms and Conditions.
If your Venue is suspended, you get an email notification. Furthermore, it will be visible in the warning box in "My enquiries" section.
Next to the venue name, you will see the reason for your suspension, and what are the next steps to remove the suspension.
Please note that suspension leads to the removal of your Venue from search results.
In order to unsuspend your Venue, please check if your Booking Enquiries are finalised - if not, update them accordingly and get in touch with the Tagvenue team.
