User Payment Notification
Yes, you will be able to see whether the User has paid for the Booking or not on the Tagvenue platform. It will be visible in the "My Enquiries" section. Once you open the Enquiry, a prompt similar to the one below will show up.
If you accept the Booking Request within 2 business days, it will be confirmed. After accepting the booking request, next available steps are going to be different, depending on the status of the Event date:
If event date already passed:
If event date is in the future:
Also, you will always be able to see your current balance and projected upcoming payouts within your Stripe Connect account.
Within 72 hours of each completed Booking, you will receive an email notification that your payment is en route to your account. This email will contain information including the total payout amount after Tagvenue commission, date of payout, estimated date of arrival, and a breakdown of what is included in the payout (bookings, overtime, add-ons, etc.).
