My Venue closes down, what do I do?

You can submit a request directly to our team, and we’ll take care of it for you.

You can also unpublish the listing yourself:

1. Go to your venue listing in your account.

2. Click “Unpublish.”

3. Choose whether you want to unpublish temporarily or permanently.

    

   

   If you choose permanent unpublishing:

• Select the reason for delisting.

• Submit your request to complete the process.

   

  

   

  If you choose temporary unpublishing:

• Select the dates for how long you’d like the listing to be suspended.

• Confirm your request.
