To showcase the private hire hours you offer, you can add them in the pricing section.
How do I access the Prices and opening hours section?
If you are logging in/creating a venue for the first time:
Step 1: Starting from the Overview section (Photo 1), complete all required information and click continue.

Step 2: Complete information on all of the following pages (Address and location, Catering and drinks, Venue details), until you get to the Spaces section (Photo 2).

Step 3: Click on “Add space” and find Prices and hours among the sections on the left (Photo 3).

If you already have a venue created, then head to the Venues tab in your main dashboard. Select the venue (Photo 4), then choose Finish space profile for the Space you want to update (Photos 5 and 6). Find Prices and hours among the sections on the left (Photo 7).

How does the Prices and opening hours section work?
There are two types of pricing on Tagvenue: Hire fee only and Custom Pricing. Below you will find their descriptions.
Hire fee only pricing:
In hire fee only pricing, you can set the rate per hour or per day - there are no other options. If your pricing is more complicated, and this option is not enough to properly reflect it on our platform, please choose Custom pricing instead.

For 24-hour availability, please set the hours from 6:00 am to 6:00 am.
Please note that the prices listed should be the lowest starting prices. If you have other offers, you can present them in the pricing comment.

Custom pricing:
There are a few types of custom pricing that you can choose from: minimum spend, hire fee, package per person, hire fee + minimum spend, and hire fee + package per person. You can add multiple pricing options if you want. Adding these options separately means that the customer will pay using only one of those methods. If your venue’s pricing requires a combination of costs - for example, if you require both a hire fee and a package per person - be sure to select the option indicated by the “+” symbol (e.g., Hire fee + package per person).
You can choose the duration from the following options: “per session”, “per morning”, “per afternoon”, “per evening” and “per day”. For each option, you will be able to add exact timings “from” and “to” and indicate which days of the week they will apply. For 24-hour availability, please set the hours from 6:00 am to 6:00 am.

Please note that the minimum spend applies to the entire guest group, not per person.
Once you are done with adding all your pricing options, remember to fill in any additional pricing details or offers and save all your changes.

Please note that all pricing should reflect the total final cost, including VAT/Tax and service charges.
