How to add photos of my Venue on Tagvenue?

How do I access the Photos section?

If you are logging in/creating a venue for the first time, once you click “Get started” on the welcome page, you will be redirected to the Overview section (Photo 1)

Step 1: Starting from the Overview section (Photo 1), complete all required information and click continue.

Step 2: Complete information on all of the following pages (Address and location, Catering and drinks, Venue details), until you get to the Spaces section (Photo 2).

Step 3:  Click on “Add space” and find Photos among the sections on the left (Photo 3).

If you already have a venue created, then head to the Venues tab in your main dashboard. Select the venue (Photo 4), then choose Finish space profile for the Space you want to update (Photos 5 and 6). Find Photos among the sections on the left (Photo 7).

How does the Photos section work?

The Photos section is divided into two parts: Space photos and Venue photos. Space photos should showcase only the specific area for hire. Venue photos can showcase all other common areas of your venue.

Every space listed for hire needs at least 4 high-quality horizontal photos without people. The minimum size required is 640x480 px. Additionally, in the separate field below the space photos, we recommend adding images of other areas of your venue, such as the building exterior, venue interior (other than your spaces for hire) or catering pictures.

How do I upload photos?

Click “Upload multiple” and select photos from your device or simply drag and drop your images (Photo 9). You can rearrange them by dragging. If you add any additional Venue photos, don’t forget to select captions (building exterior, venue interior or catering) for all of them. To finish, click on the “Save” button. 

You can also preview your listing to see how the space will appear on the Tagvenue website by clicking the green “Preview” button on the right side.

Please note that the photos should be horizontal, especially the first photo of the space for hire and the first photo of the building exterior. If you add a photo of the building exterior, this will be the first photo visible on the venue profile collage. The other collage photos will be the first photo of each of your spaces.

If your venue has fewer than 3 spaces, the collage will simply use more photos of space 1 or 2, in the order you arranged them.
