You received a commission invoice because a booking made through Tagvenue was completed successfully.
According to Section 4 of the Tagvenue Terms & Conditions, commission is payable when:
● a client makes an enquiry or booking through Tagvenue,
● your venue accepts or confirms the booking, and
● the event takes place.
The client pays the venue directly. The venue then pays the commission to Tagvenue after the event.
