You receive money from Tagvenue only if your booking used Online Payments.
In this case, the client pays through Tagvenue and Stripe sends your payout after the event — usually within 3–7 business days, depending on your country.
If your booking did NOT use Online Payments, Tagvenue will not send you any payout.
