What do I do if a User stays past their Booking end time?

Sometimes a User's Booking is going so well they will want to stay past their scheduled end time. It is entirely at your discretion whether you allow a User to stay overtime or not.

If you decide to offer overtime please let the User know:

• The overtime rate per hour
• The number of hours they can stay overtime 
• A reminder when time is almost up 

Be sure to communicate and confirm with Users in order to be transparent and avoid miscommunication.
