When a booking is confirmed and the client pays online:
- The client pays through Tagvenue (via Stripe).
- Stripe securely holds the funds until after the event.
- After the event date passes, Stripe releases the funds.
- Funds are released 3-7 business days after an event date
- Stripe sends a payout to the venue’s verified bank account.
Tagvenue never receives the payout on behalf of the venue; funds go directly from Stripe to the venue.
