Why Does My Payout Amount Look Different?

Your payout amount can always be found in your Venue Cabinet within the booking details. For each booking, you will see:

● The total booking price
● The commission deducted
● The final payout amount due to you

We send one payout per one booking ( multiday bookings have one payout) , so the payout amount should match what is shown in the Venue Cabinet.

Common reasons payouts are lower than expected:

● Refunds - if you approved a refund before the payout was created, it is deducted from your balance.

● Disputes (chargebacks) - if a client disputes a payment, the payment might be withheld while the case is ongoing. In cases of a lost dispute the payout might be lower.

● Currency conversion - if your Stripe balance and bank account are in different currencies, exchange rates may affect the final amount received.

These are typically the only scenarios where a payout amount may look different.
