A payout may fail due to:
- incorrect or outdated bank information
- the account is restricted due to not completed verification.
- the bank blocks the transfer
- mismatching account holder details
If this happens:
● The funds return to your Stripe balance.
● Stripe asks you to update your bank details if needed.
● Our Finance Team resends the payout.
The funds are not lost, even if the issue is going to take longer to resolve, we can always send you the payout via traditional bank trasnfer and continue working on the issues that caused a failed payout.
