How can I add templates for my messages?

After receiving the first message, please go to the "My enquiries section". After opening the Enquiry you can see the "Templates" button.

Please click on it and next, click on the "create a new template" button. If you would like to use the created template, click on the "templates" button again and select the template you are interested in.

Protip: Before sending a message, make sure it actually answers the question! No one likes getting automatic messages.
