How do I add my bank account information?

You are able to add your bank account details by going to the "Payouts" section of your Tagvenue account. You will find the section under 'Analytics' section.

First, please click the “Add your bank accounts for payouts” button.

You will need to verify your account through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Click the “Continue” button and you will be taken directly to their secure site. Follow all the Stripe guidelines that will be shown on the screen.

Once your account is verified, it will appear in your "Payouts" section with a green checkmark.

If the verification fails, an alert sign will appear prompting you to check your information and re-submit.

Important: You can’t link an existing Stripe account, but once you create a new one through Tagvenue, you’ll be able to view and switch between all Stripe accounts associated with the same email address.
