On Tagvenue, we offer you the possibility to either enable or disable online payments for your Spaces listed on the platform. It is entirely up to you how you will adjust your payment policy.
1. Choose the venue you wish to enable Online Payments for. This option is available for dry-hire venues.
2. Click "Edit venue profile"
3. Go to "Rules and cancellations" section
4. At least one rule should be added to your venue
5. Then select the most suitable cancellation policy
6. You can also allow clients to reschedule the event at no cost
7. Review the rules and policies and click Save
8. Next, choose the space you wish to enable Online Payments for.
9. Click "Edit"
10. Go to "Prices and hours" section
11. Select hire fee as it's required for Online Payments
12. You can add "hourly rate"
13. Or full day rate
14. Choose the minimum number of hours for a booking
15. You can also add some pricing details
16. Click "Save & Continue"
17. Don't forget to add tax information in the Settings
18. In "Billings details" section
19. To add your bank account, go to "Analytics"
20. In "Payouts" section you'll be able to connect with Stripe and later observe all upcoming and processed payments.
21. Next, go again to your space page
22. Choose "Payments" section
23. And enable the Online Payments
