What do I do if a Venue Manager doesn’t show up or I’m unable to access the space?

If you arrive at the venue and can’t access the space:

1. Check your confirmation email for any access instructions or contact details.

2. If needed, request the venue manager’s phone number through Tagvenue to give them a call.

3. Many hosts include specific arrival instructions - make sure to review these carefully.

If no instructions are provided and you still cannot access the venue, contact us immediately by submitting the contact form. We will reach out to the venue manager and assist you with resolving the issue, including helping with a refund where applicable.
