Our platform is designed to offer an easy way to communicate with Venue Managers, however, there may be times when they are not responsive.
- Before your Booking is confirmed. The Venue Manager has 72 hours to answer your Booking Enquiry. After that time the Booking Enquiry auto expires. If you submit the payment online via Tagvenue meaning that the Booking Request is sent, the Venue Manager has two business days in which they have to either accept or decline the request. Most Venue Managers will respond within 24 to 48 hours, however, if you are experiencing difficulties, please let us know at hello@tagvenue.com.
- After your Booking has been confirmed. If the Venue Manager is not responding to your messages, please contact our team right away at enquire@tagvenue.com and we will reach out to them on your behalf.
