Our platform is designed to make communication with Venue Managers as smooth as possible. However, there may be occasions when a response is delayed.
Before your booking is confirmed:
Venue Managers have up to 72 hours to respond to a booking enquiry. If no action is taken within that time, the enquiry will automatically expire.
If you’ve submitted an online payment through Tagvenue (turning your enquiry into a formal booking request), the Venue Manager has two business days to accept or decline it. Most respond within 24 to 48 hours.

After your booking is confirmed:
If you’re having trouble reaching the Venue Manager after your booking has been finalized, please get in touch with our team immediately. We’ll follow up with them on your behalf.
