When you send a booking enquiry, the venue manager has a limited time to respond. This response window helps ensure availability stays up to date and enquiries don’t remain open indefinitely.
If the venue manager doesn’t respond within this timeframe, your booking request will automatically expire. If an authorisation hold was placed on your card, it will be released and the funds should return to your account within up to 5 days, depending on your bank.
You’re always welcome to send a new enquiry or contact other venues if your request expires.
