What are the commission rates?

Commission depends on the event category and the venue’s country:
 

15% commission applies to:

• Production events (photo shoots, filming, studios, rehearsals)
• Meetings (training, workshops, meeting rooms, team building, classrooms)
• Dry Hire (“venue doesn’t offer catering”)
• All categories when Online Payments are enabled
   

12.5% commission applies to:

• All other categories under the Invoice Payment Method in:
  UK, Ireland, Australia
   

10% commission applies to:

• All other categories under the Invoice Payment Method in:
  USA, Canada, Singapore
   

Tax rules:

• UK: commission is calculated on the amount excluding VAT
   

All other supported countries: commission is calculated including VAT/GST/HST/PST
