When Commission Does NOT Apply?

Commission is not payable only when the venue can prove that the client had already contacted them independently before submitting an enquiry through Tagvenue, and that the booking was not generated as a result of Tagvenue.

Commission is also not charged if:

• The booking is cancelled and the client is entitled to a full refund.
• If the venue keeps a non-refundable deposit, commission remains payable on the amount retained.
