When Does the Commission Apply?

According to the Terms and Conditions, commission becomes due when a booking originates from Tagvenue. This happens when:

• A user contacts you through Tagvenue
• A Tagvenue representative contacts you on the user’s behalf
• Tagvenue suggests your venue to a user
• A venue manager recommends another venue to a user
• A booking enquiry is marked Booking Confirmed
  
   

Commission applies even if:

• the client has not yet paid the venue
• the client pays late, partially or in instalments
• the final price changes
• the venue and client update booking details later
  
   

Commission is linked to the booking, not to the client’s payment behaviour.
