If you need to cancel the Booking you have already confirmed with a User, please open the relevant Booking Enquiry and press the "Cancel booking" button.
However, please note that cancelling a confirmed Booking can severely impact the User's plans and may require intensive logistical support from Tagvenue. Furthermore, such cases impact the high standard of service by which Tagvenue’s marketplace operates. As such, in the event of any cancellation of a confirmed Booking by a Venue, Tagvenue reserves the right to fully refund the User and temporarily suspend the Venue's account on the Tagvenue platform, meaning that it cannot receive any Booking Enquiries.
What is more, after two Venue-initiated cancellations, Super Venues will forfeit their status for a 30 day period. You can read more about how to become a Super Venue here.
In the event of an emergency in your Venue on the day of a Booking that would impact the User's ability to use your Space and require rescheduling (such as complications with plumbing or power, unexpected construction, or other unprecedented circumstances), please contact us immediately at enquiries@tagvenue.com.
