Each Venue has its own cancellation policy designated by the Venue Manager. All Spaces associated with that Venue are subject to the same cancellation policy. You can update your policy at any time, however, each Booking will be locked into the policy selected at the time of the Booking Request and confirmation.
To change the cancellation policy please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Edit Venues" tab of your account.
2. Click on the Venue name and choose the "Edit Venue Profile" button.
3. Choose "Rules and cancellations" from the options on the left.
4. Scroll down and choose the cancellation policy that works for you best.
5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page. Your cancellation policy has been updated. If you want to change it, follow exactly the same path.
