Tagvenue's goal is to create memorable experiences for both Users and Venues. We realize that each Venue is different, so we implemented six cancellation policies for you to choose from. However, please note that two of them, namely: "Custom" cancellation policy and "Other" cancellation policy are not compatible with online payments. Hence, if you opted in to accept Online Payment Method, you need to select one of the following policies:

Users may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the Event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. |

Users may cancel their Booking until 7 calendar days before the Event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Users may cancel their Booking between 7 calendar days and 24 hours before the Event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. |

Users may cancel their Booking until 30 calendar days before the Event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Users may cancel their Booking between 30 - 7 calendar days before the Event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 calendar days before the Event start time are not refundable. |

Users may cancel their Booking until 60 calendar days before the Event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Users may cancel their Booking between 60 calendar days and 30 calendar days before the Event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 30 calendar days before the Event start time are not refundable. |
Please read the policy descriptions carefully and select the one that best fits your space. To reduce User confusion, your selected policy will be clearly displayed on your listing page and at checkout.
You can update your cancellation policy at any time from your "Edit Venues" tab. However, each Booking will be locked into the policy selected at the time of the Booking Request and confirmation. When a User cancels the Booking, we will process the cancellation, along with any applicable refunds and payouts, and notify you with a summary of the cancellation in your inbox.
As a reminder, all Bookings are subject to Tagvenue's Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of Booking confirmation, but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
