If the User does not show up for their Event at your Venue, we treat it as a short-term cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to the Booking start time) by the User. As a Venue, your payout will not be affected and will be processed in full (with a deduction of Tagvenue commission), as defined in our payment process.
Please contact finance@tagvenue.com in the instance that a User does not show up.
