Before you finalise your Booking, you must find the right Venue and send the enquiry to the Venue Manager. Once you have confirmed all of the details with the Venue Manager, you will be able to finalise your Booking. In order to do that, you have to make the payment for the Event that you are about to organise. Depending on the Venue, you have two possibilities for doing this. Please check our article about payments to learn more details about the payment process.
Here's the short guide how to book and pay for the venue through our platform:
1. Choose the venue you wish to book.
2. Fill out the booking form
3. Choose the event type you wish to host at the venue.
4. Select a date.
5. Fill in the number of guests.
6. Pick time slot for your booking
7. Click "Request to book"
8. Add your credit card.
9. Read and accept the rules of the space.
10. If you need any more information, you can send a message to the venue
11. Finally, review your request and click "Request to book"
12. There'll be a temporary hold on the funds. This is a standard procedure to ensure that the funds are available if the booking is accepted by the venue.
Once the Booking is paid and everything is settled, the status of the Booking Enquiry (visible from the 'My Enquiries' section) will change to 'Booking confirmed' as shown in the picture below. Learn more about the statuses of Booking Enquiries.
