What should I do if the Venue looks nothing like the photographs on the platform?

We require that all listed Venues maintain up to date and accurate photos of the event spaces on their listing pages. If you arrive at the Venue on the day of your Booking and the Venue does not resemble the photos, please take photographs and/or video and reach out to us at hello@tagvenue.com. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
