In the event of any issue arising with either the Venue Manager or the Venue, it is always best to first attempt to settle the issue directly between you and the Venue. In most cases, any issue can be resolved straight away. If this is not possible, however, please contact us at hello@tagvenue.com.
Please make sure to document any problems with either photo or video, and be prepared to submit any further information such as texts, emails or other communications. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
