Lead Hub connects you with potential guests who are looking for venues like yours. Instead of waiting for bookings to come to you, we match you with users who've already submitted enquiries for similar venues in your area. This allows you to proactively reach out to new clients!
Why it matters: Clients don’t always book the first venue they contact. That’s why we let them compare offers and discover other great spaces like yours.
How it works
1. A guest submits an enquiry.
When someone searches for a venue on Tagvenue, their request gets added to our system.
2. We find potential matches.
If their requirements match your venue’s location, capacity, and catering options, you’ll see the lead in your Lead Hub. Each lead includes a match quality score - the higher the score, the better the fit for your venue.
3. You decide what to do.
For each lead, you can:
- Send a personalised offer with your pricing and availability
- Skip the lead and reject it if it's not a good fit
4. The guest receives your offer.
They'll get an email with your proposal, a preview of your venue, and options to accept and contact you directly or reject.
5. If they're interested.
The guest can accept your offer and message you through Tagvenue. If they book, our standard commission applies.

- Contacted: Leads you've already sent offers to
- Interested: Leads where guests have accepted your offer and want to continue the conversation

We match you with leads based on several factors:

- Availability dates
- Event type matches your preferences
This ensures you only see high-quality leads that are likely to convert into bookings.
Tips for success
- Respond quickly: Fresh leads perform better than old ones
- Personalise your offers: Generic messages are less effective
- Use message templates: Including your offer/menu is the most informative
