When sending an offer in Lead Hub, you can include a special deal - a small incentive that gives the client an extra reason to choose your venue.
What counts as a special deal?
A special deal is something you're willing to include for free or at a reduced cost. Examples:
- Complimentary welcome drinks
- No minimum spend
- Reduced minimum spend
- 1 hour of extra hire time at no cost
- AV equipment included
You can also write your own if none of the options fit.
Why it works
When a client receives a Lead Hub offer, they're often looking at several venues at once. A special deal gives yours a concrete reason to stand out.Think of it as the gesture you'd make in a real conversation with a client you're excited to host.

What the client sees
The special deal appears as a highlighted section in the offer email. It's one of the first things the client notices.
How to add a special deal
In Lead Hub, when composing your offer, select from the Add a special deal (optional) options. You can pick up to 2 deals per offer. Choose Other if you'd like to describe your own.
