Creating catering offers

Create food and beverage offers by adding new menus, packages, boards, or platters that you can share with clients.

You can either:

• Use AI to extract menus from your existing files, or
• Create a new offer from scratch by selecting a menu type.

Option 1: Upload existing offers (AI-assisted)

If you already have menus saved in .pdf, .png, or .jpg format, you can upload them to automatically extract items and structure.

1. Click Upload offers.
2. Add one or more files from your computer.
3. The system detects the menu types and extracts items for you to review and edit.

Note: À la carte menus can’t be extracted automatically yet — you’ll need to add them manually.

Option 2: Create a new offer from scratch

If you prefer to start manually or want full control over structure and pricing, choose the menu type that best fits your offer.

All menus can be priced per person or per offer.

All menu types support optional add-ons that can be priced per item or per person.

Set menu

Ideal for fixed-price dining with multiple courses (e.g., starter, main, dessert).

Features:

• One or more pricing rules with different number of dishes (e.g. 50 for 2 items, 70 for 3 items)
• Sections with options to choose from, as part of fixed-price, without extra fees
• Option to limit the choice to one item from each section added
• Typically priced per person

Package or buffet menu

Perfect for any kinds of packages including canapés, snacks, passed hors d'oeuvre, open bar or beverage packages

Features:

• One or more pricing rules with different number of dishes (e.g. 50 for 4 items, 70 for 6 items)
• Combines multiple items to choose from
• Option to limit the choice to one item from each section added
• Typically priced per person

Board or platter

Designed for any kinds of sharing platters, for example: charcuterie, cheese boards or finger food. Perfect for casual dining or parties.

Features:

• One fixed price
• Typically with no obligatory selections
• Typically priced per person or per whole menu

À la carte menu

Allow clients to select individual dishes and quantities from your menu. Ideal when you want to offer maximum flexibility instead of pre-defined packages.

• Clients can choose individual dishes with the respective quantities
• Priced per item
