How to Resolve Stripe Restrictions Quickly

The fastest way to fix a Stripe restriction is to complete the verification steps directly on the Stripe page, which appears through the Tagvenue dashboard. Stripe will usually tell you exactly what information or documents are missing. To prevent delays:

  • Make sure the uploaded documents are clear, valid, and match the details you provided (e.g., business name, address, bank account ownership).
     
  • Do not ignore the verification request, the sooner you respond, the sooner payouts can resume.
     
  • Never click on links in suspicious emails; verification should only be completed through the Tagvenue portal.
     

  • If you cannot resolve it yourself, Stripe’s support team can confirm what is missing, and Tagvenue Finance Team can step in to escalate urgent cases.
     

    Responding quickly ensures payouts restart without long interruptions.
