Are My Payouts Secure and Timely?

Yes. Stripe holds client funds securely until they are released to venues. The standard payout schedule is 3–7 business days after the event date. This timeframe allows Stripe and Tagvenue to process any additional charges requested by the venue manager and review any refund requests if there are any.

If a venue’s Stripe account becomes restricted, Tagvenue has a backup process to issue payouts via traditional bank transfer while the verification is being resolved.

This system ensures payments are secure, traceable, and compliant, while also reducing manual work for venues.
