You can withdraw a booking request at any time before it’s accepted by the venue manager.
To do this, go to your booking request in your account and select the option to withdraw it. Once withdrawn, the venue manager will be notified, and any authorisation hold on your card will be released. Your bank should return the funds within up to 5 days.
Withdrawing a request does not incur any charges.
