When a Booking Request is submitted, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the Booking total to ensure there are enough funds available in the account. A hold is often visible as a 'pending' or 'processing' transaction in your bank statement. The card you have on file with us will not be charged in full until the Booking Request is accepted by the Venue Manager.
As soon as the Venue Manager accepts your Booking Request, your credit card will be charged. As soon as the Booking is confirmed, the Tagvenue Cancellation and Refund policy takes effect. The booking request status is updated on your Enquiries List, and you will also receive Email notification.
We highly recommend that you only submit a Booking Request when you are certain that cancellation is very unlikely. Also, before finalising the Booking, make sure to message the Venue Manager on the Venue profile in order to check availability and ask any questions you might have.
