In the "Happened" section you can find all of the Booking Enquiries that were finalised (marked as "Booking confirmed") and already took place. In the "Lost" section you can find all of the Booking Enquiries that were marked as "Unsuccessful" or auto-expired (nobody came back to them within 72h).
Protip: You do not have to re-open a finalised Booking Enquiry to send a message to a User.
Remember, you can always amend the status of the finalised Booking Enquiry if anything changes. Check the following article in order to see how you can update the status of the Booking Enquiry.
