1. Once the client requests booking, you're gonna receive an email notification and it will show in "Enquiries" section
2. You have 48 hours to accept or decline the request.
3. Click on "Accept/Decline" to review client's booking request.
4. Check if all details are correct.
5. And proceed by clicking on "Accept booking"
6. You can view all the event details here.
7. Or by clicking on "Review booking details".
8. If you need to update or cancel the booking, you can easily do it here.
Submitting a Booking will positively affect your statistics and will help you appear higher in the search results.
As soon as you mark a Booking, the Booking Enquiry will be moved to the "Booking confirmed" status but you can continue using it to speak with the customer. Once the Event happens, the Booking Enquiry will be moved to the "Happened" status.
