Some Booking Enquiries you get will not convert into Bookings, in which case you will need to open the Booking Enquiry and click on the “Change Status” button in the upper right corner. Next, you will need to choose the "Enquiry was unsuccessful" option.
If this does occur, please select the reason behind the unsuccessful Booking Enquiry. This is important for us to provide you with a better service.
Keep in mind, the User will not see the reason selected or any comments you leave. Also, while the Booking Enquiry is moved to the “Lost” section, anytime the User replies to you, the Booking Enquiry will be back in the “In progress” section.
